Typhoon Season
Hi All! Summer is definitely here...I left to the US for the Polestar Pilates International Conference at the end of May and was hit with a wave of heat and humidity when I got back to HK at the beginning of June (it was not pleasant!). On a more positive note, the Polestar Conference was great and I had a chance to catch up with some interesting people - I always admire the innovative attitude of those in the health and fitness industry in the US, and hopefully T8 can bring some of that back with me to Hong Kong.
