The Align-Pilates Step Barrel III (Spine Corrector) offers various workout possibilities to help improve posture by lengthening and strengthening the back, feet and shoulder muscles. Great for adding an extra dimension to mat work classes. Anti-slip material on the base so that it can be used on the floor.
The Step barrel comes pre-assembled.
It can be used with a standard 32" maple pole, (Maple pole sold separately).
It fits on top of the reformer, (Reformer sold separately).
