Socks Sizing Guide:
Trying to figure out your size? Simply look your shoe size in the chart below, and you'll find your ToeSox socks size. Make sure you're looking under the correct women's or men's size. All ToeSox socks are unisex sizing.

Follow these steps to find the right grip glove size for your hand: keep fingers together, measure the width of the palm just below your fingers, look for that measurement in the chart below.

What does unisex sizing mean?
Unisex sizing means that most of our sock styles can be worn by both men and women. Please reference our size chart to determine the best fit for you based on your shoe size.
Do you have socks for men?
Many of our sock styles are designed to be worn by either men or women. Our Low Rise and Ankle grip socks, as well as Compression, Ultralite and Medium Weight sport socks are more popular among our male customers.
What are your socks made of?
All of our grip collection is made with organic cotton. Some of our socks are sublimated (meaning they feature a printed design) and are made with an organic cotton/Poly blend. Depending on which sport style you select, we use antimicrobial fabrics that wick away sweat like Polyamide (Nylon) and PerfDry™
Why is a five-toe design better?
Our five toe design allows your toes to spread naturally- reinforcing what yogis have known for years- that spreading your toes creates a broader foundation on which to balance. ToeSox products support the natural movement of your toes and the simple movement of spreading your toes not only activates the muscles in your feet but also helps to align the bones in your feet.
Can I put my socks in the dryer?
We do not recommend putting your ToeSox products in the dryer because they will shrink or show signs of wear much faster due to the premium organic cotton used. We also do not warranty dryer damage.
