I don’t live in Hong Kong, do you accept orders from anywhere around the world?

We are pleased to say that we can ship to almost anywhere in the world, please contact us for a detailed shipping quote and prices per kilogram.  T8 Fitness is a Hong Kong company and we are therefore not responsible for any import duty/tax that applies to our products should you take delivery outside of Hong Kong.

Are there any additional duties or taxes?

As stated above international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and custom processing fees in your country. If you are unsure if your parcel will be subject to such fees you should contact your local customs or postal authority. Any such fees are solely the responsibility of the parcel recipient and you are responsible for paying these fees.

How long does it take for my order to be posted?

We aim to post all in stock items within 1-2 working days.  Let us know if we are keeping our promise!

Given the efficiency of courier SF Express we anticipate a delivery time of only 1-3 days.  So, altogether, you should receive your order in 2-5 working days!

I made a mistake or changed my mind, how do I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel an order at anytime please contact us as soon as possible.  If we haven’t processed your order yet we should be able to give you a full refund, less a small admin fee (if applicable).  If the items are in progress or have been sent already you can return the items unopened and follow our returns procedure (see below).

What is the method of payment?

We use Paypal (www.paypal.com) as our payment system.  This allows you to pay with almost any credit or debit card or even your paypal account.

How can I track my order? (HK ONLY)

When we fulfill your order, we will send you an e mail with your SF Express tracking number and a link to their tracking page (http://sf-express.com/hk/en/). All you need to do is input your number and you will receive an update on the status of your delivery.

We advise that either you or someone that can sign for you be available for delivery.

What if my order is damaged or lost in transit?

If your product doesn’t arrive or arrives with some damage we will investigate with our courier and do our best to resolve the issue.   Please check all the items as soon as you receive them and contact us within 3 days if there is a problem.

What is your return and warranty procedure?

We hope you are happy with our products.  Should you find fault with anything you have bought on our site please let us know.  

At our discretion, we can offer a refund/replacement if you contact us within 30 days of purchase explaining the fault with the product. You may be requested to return the product or part to us for repair or replacement and T8 Fitness reserves the right to require the customer to pay for the return shipping of the item.

The warranty will not apply to any product that has been subject to commercial use, abuse, misuse, or any type of modification by the consumer.

We appreciate any feedback regarding the quality of our products and strive to provide only top quality accessories.

The main currency on this website is Hong Kong Dollars (HKD), a guide to the United States Dollar (USD) value is shown below the price for reference only, prices will be charged in HKD at the time of purchase and your credit card company will then charge you the going rate.

Privacy Policy

User Agreement

Users are allowed one account only. Users may post links to Third Party sites on our forums as long as the post is relevant to the topic of the thread directly and T8 Fitness reserves the right to remove any link posted.

Any intellectual property including copyright and trade marks supplied on any part of the T8 Fitness site belong to Us or Licensors. This content may only be used with written permission from Us or Licensors and You agree not to help in any way a third party to reproduce, copy, distribute or commercially exploit such material, and should You become aware of any such use You will notify Us immediately. You agree that anything You post on the T8 Fitness site will automatically become irrevocable, perpetual royalty-free worldwide licence for use within the site and in any other manner, extending to distributing, copying, broadcasting, transmitting and editing the materials in any way.

T8 Fitness accepts no responsibility for any agreements between users for any exchange of goods or services on the Buy and Sell section or any other section of the site and users are reminded to be cautious if engaging in such activity.

8. User Safety

We endeavour to provide Our services in a way that is safe for Our Users, but we would ask You to commit to following the precautions set out below:

• Your identity should be kept private by not providing details such as Your full name, address, phone number, email address or     name of Your place of work or school to other Users thereby allowing them to discovery Your true identity.
• Never agree to meet with someone You met online.
• Contact Us by way of the contact us section should you ever feel threatened or uncomfortable by the comments of another User.

12. Invalidity

This User Agreement is governed by Hong Kong law and both You and We hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.

Terms and Disclaimer

Please check all your order details, including your address before you complete your order.  We can’t be held responsible should there be a mistake in your address and the goods get delivered to the wrong place.

Replacement goods according to our returns and warranty policies will be sent at our discretion and we reserve the right to send a similar good should the original good be unavailable.

For successful return of products the customer must present the original receipt and/or invoice.  The product(s) must be returned with all contents from the package in original condition.  T8 Fitness reserves full discretion and T8 Fitness’s determination shall be final.

T8 Fitness reserves the title of the product until the purchase amount is paid in full.  Title is passed to the customer upon delivery.

Delivery is provided by a third party company and terms of delivery are subject to the policies of that company.

All terms and policies described by T8 Fitness are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the Peoples’ Republic of China (“Hong Kong”) and each part of these terms and conditions shall apply to the extent permitted thereby.

Products and services offered on this site are subject to availability and may be withdrawn anytime without notice.
